i) You must not attempt to breach our security measures,ii) Access, upload, post, transmit or otherwise distribute any malicious files or data (including viruses),iii) Use bots, spiders, scraping tools, algorithms, data collection software and other unauthorized automated means for accessing the Service.

f) WaBoom77 Casino shall have the right, but not the obligation, to investigate suspected breach of this Agreement. You agree to cooperate with our investigations and comply with any resulting actions or requirements from us.

g) We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including (but not limited to):

i) Recovery for losses suffered as a direct result of your breach,ii) Termination of these terms without notice and removal of access,

h) Upon termination you will no longer be able to use or participate in any promotional offers.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao, where WaBoom77 Casino is licensed to operate, as well as those applicable jurisdictions relevant to your country.

Jurisdiction and Dispute ResolutionAny disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of a reputable third-party dispute resolution service provider located in an agreed-upon jurisdiction having appropriate jurisdiction over such matters.
Force Majeure

In the event that WaBoom77 Casino is unable to provide access or perform its obligations as stated due to acts beyond our control, such as but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics and governmental actions (collectively referred to herein as "Force Majeure"), we will use best efforts to rectify any disruptions.

Assignment

This Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the express written consent of the other except as required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, which will take precedence.

AmendmentsWe reserve the right at any time to modify these terms and conditions, including but not limited to their titles, sections or entire content.
Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with Curaçao law and the jurisdiction's applicable regulations for electronic commerce, which may change from time-to-time without prior notice.
